They are often preferred by people wishing to enjoy flavorful drinks without alcohol, recovering alcoholics, people whose religion restricts alcohol. A Mocktail will simulate the exotic flavor of a cocktail without any liquor.

Will your Garnishes taste good on simple beverages, such as soda, etc.?
Oh Yes! We can be extremely creative in that arena too. 7UP in a Champagne glass rimmed with 24K Edible Gold Flakes, with an Edible SweetGlazed Viola floating on top and 3 carat edible sugar Diamonds anchoring the bottom of the glass. And who would know it's not Champagne?
